Through our proposal, we will deliver a high-quality accommodation that will enhance the experience for students, maximising use of the original structure to improve the quality and efficiency of their living space.

The proposed reconfiguration and refurbishment of St Teresa House is a suitable response to the existing building structure and demonstrates the design principles and concepts that have been applied to the scheme. Chapter 3 Architects has taken the steps to appraise the structure, layout and the rhythm of external fenestrations of the existing building during the design process.
